Basement Water Removal for Hillsborough Township Families

The Before Photo of this Hillsborough single-family home basement was taken after the property suffered water damage related to a toilet supply line burst. The floor tiles were heavily saturated, and the contents of the basement are scattered. SERVPRO’s water damage extraction and drying services were necessary to return the basement to a safe, dry state free of excess moisture. 

In the After Photo, technicians successfully demolished unsalvageable flooring and baseboards, and the floor underneath is prepared for new installations. Supporting columns and walls need new baseboards, which SERVPRO techs can install on behalf of homeowners. Contents were moved to the middle of one portion of the basement during cleaning and can be moved back after mitigation.
