Bridgewater Township Gets Fast Action Against Water Damage From A/C

After a ceiling mounted air conditioner leaked into this Bridgewater Township bedroom. The water overflowed the pan and dripped through the ceiling. Fortunately, the property owner brought in SERVPRO quickly before the water had a chance to seep under or affect the laminate flooring. The techs extracted the water and removed the area rug under the bed, then they set up air overs to rapidly pull the embedded moisture out of the floor. While the damp bedding required removal, the techs dried the room leaving the rest of the furnishings in place to limit the disruption to the room during the mitigation. Afterward, the techs cleaned the affected surfaces to get the room ready for the use of the homeowners again.
