Anthony Palumbo, Co-Owner

Tony started cleaning carpets in his father's and grandfather's business when he was still in elementary school. He took over the family business in 1988. In 2007 he and his wife Danielle opened SERVPRO of Paramus. In addition to the company's certifications, Tony is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Fire & Smoke Restoration. In addition to over 30 years of carpet cleaning experience, he's a Certified Lead Paint Renovator, Wool-Safe Fiber Care Specialist and a certified Crime and Trauma Scene Bio-recovery Technician as well as additional industry certifications.

Rick Cristofol, Co-Owner

Rick's has worked within the SERVPRO system since 2003, including several years as an integral part of the day-to-day operations of a franchise. His focus is mainly on all things in production and more. Rick attended Hofstra University. He's IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. He's also a certified Crime and Trauma Scene Bio-recovery Technician. Rick's 17 plus years in the field has given him a wealth of experience in our industry that's hard to match.

Matt Prout

Matt is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Paramus and SERVPRO of Bridgwater. Matt is highly organized and is a big asset on our larger loss projects. He graduated from Liberty University with a BA in Physical and Health Education. Matt's been with SERVPRO since 2010 and is a IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying technician. Matt has also recently become one of our Estimators.

Stevan Huff

Steve He studied Criminal Justice at Community College of Air Force. He's an IICRC Certified Water Damage Restoration technician. He joined our SERVPRO family over 5 years ago after serving 7 years in the United States Air Force which included a Tour in Iraq.

Gustavus Calliste

Gus has a strong background in plumbing and adds that value on water losses. He also loves to cook and spends a lot of free time in the kitchen. By night he's a DJ spinning the beats. He recently discovered a hidden treasure while working on a residential fire job. Gus came here from Trinidad 25 years ago and truly loves the U.S.A.

Kyle Meehan

Kyle has been with SERVPRO for over 6 years. He studied Communications at ESU (East Stroudsburg University) in Pennsylvania. He has a great way of dealing with the homeowners in stressful situations and is an asset to our team. He enjoys sports and the outdoors and Thursday Night Trivia.

Joe Zak

Joe joined our crew in 2015 and is looking forward to attending IICRC training. Joe spent 5 years previously working at the Gramon/Glenview Academy. He worked with children with Autism and children with emotional and behavioral problems. Joe studied Criminal Justice at Bergen Community College. Joe's nickname is Scoops because he always knows the story.

Tony D'Arco

Tony has been with SERVPRO since 2003. He started on the truck in production, was the GM at the Northeast Bergen County office and now he's an estimator and a Sales and Marketing Rep for SERVPRO Paramus and SERVPRO of Bridgwater. He's IICRC Certified in Fire Clean-up, Water Removal, Odor Control and OSHA Health and Safety. He's also IOT Certified in Mold Remediation and is ASD Certified (Applied Structural Drying). Recently received his certification as an Air Sampling Technician and Inspector (Asbestos) in 2016. He's also a member of The Knights Of Columbus (4th Degree Sir Knight). He is an avid fan of playing golf, cigars and the New York Yankees.
